Andrada is primarily involved in Corporate/M&A, Employment, Data Protection and Real Estate matters. Andrada’s pragmatic approach is considered instrumental by clients with business interests across a large variety of industries, such as automotive, heavy industries, banking, insurance, agri-business, retail and construction.

As member of one of the highest ranking Romanian law firms and also as In-House Counsel of a reputed multi-national constructions company, Andrada took the opportunity to develop significant commercial awareness and business acumen.

A passionate lawyer, Andrada graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds a LL.M in Civil Law and Civil Procedure Law.
