Claudiu’s main area of expertise is Dispute Resolution & Arbitration. He has successfully assisted top clients in complex commercial disputes and in competition, administrative and real estate litigation. Claudiu has acquired relevant experience in industries such as automotive, aviation, heavy industry, banking, insurance, agri-business and constructions. He also regularly provides legal advice in matters pertaining to Corporate Law, Competition and Public Procurement.

Before starting the MDS Legal entrepreneurial venture, Claudiu consolidated his expertise by collaborating for several years with the Bucharest office of a top Anglo-American law firm and by co-coordinating the Litigation Department of a reputed Romanian law firm.

A tech-savy lawyer, Claudiu graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and holds an LLM in International Arbitration.
