Tudor Mitroi

Tudor specializes in providing legal advice on matters pertaining to Corporate law, Insolvency & Restructuring, Regulatory & Compliance and Public Procurement.

Prior to co-founding MDS Legal, Tudor acquired significant expertise in sectors such as media, constructions, NGO’s and retail, both as an In-House Counsel and during his collaboration with independent Romanian law firms.

A certified trainer, Tudor has graduated from the University of Bucharest Law School and also holds a LL.M in Tax Law.
